1. Return Eligibility & Window

• Returns must be started within 14 days of the delivery date. 
   
• Products must be in their original condition when delivered.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To star a return please contact us via the website with detaisl of your order number, reason for return and the details of the item(s) to be returned. 

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s)

Exchanges: For quality issues we can offer replacements (Stock levels permitting).

4. Return Shipping Costs 
Return shipping labels will be provided to customers in the UK and Northern Ireland. For buyers outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
